Recommend a Colleague
Use of our Training and Conference Centre is growing through word of mouth recommendations and our excellent reputation for providing a high quality venue with a friendly service. We value these recommendations and would like to reward them; as a result we have introduced our “Recommend a Colleague” scheme.
Eligibility
The Scheme is open to existing EM Centre for Learning or EM Direct clients aged 18 or over.
Participation
The following rules apply:
You may only use the Scheme to introduce new clients who fulfil the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and who are not existing clients. By existing clients we refer to any client who has used our facilities during the previous 12 months counted from the date of any recommendation.
You may not recommend yourself whether under a different name or otherwise in connection with this Scheme.
You may not use this Scheme to change any existing bookings with EM Centre for Learning.
You must only recommend individuals who, in your reasonable opinion, would wish to receive an email from us inviting them to consider booking a training room or conference at EM Centre for Learning.
Reward
Your colleague will receive a 10% discount on their first single booking with us.
When your colleague has held and paid for their first single booking at the EM Centre for Learning, we will ensure that you receive a 10% discount on your next single booking.
The 10% reward applies to bookings for one or more rooms made for a single date and will not be applied to the total cost of block or multiple bookings.
