Room Hire
For a booking of less than 15 people, Room Hire rates will apply – please state your exact requirements at the time of booking confirmation.
Individual room hire includes all equipment in the room and has wi-fi connectivity as well as a supply of chilled drinking water. There is an additional charge for delegate laptop hire and video conferencing.
When booking Room Hire a Service Charge will apply as follows:
Up to 19 delegate: no fee
20 to 29 delegates: flat fee £50
30 plus delegates: flat fee £100
All prices are correct as of 1 June 2007 and are exclusive of VAT.

Lunch and Refreshments
Danish pastries - £1.50 per person per serving
Four servings of tea or coffee - £1.20 per person per serving

Cordial supplied in the training room - 10p per person
Portion of biscuits - 30p per person per serving
Supply of mints on the training room tables - 10p per person
Pads & pens on the training room tables - 20p per person
Lunch - £5.99 per person
Lunch consists of:
A range of fresh, succulent sandwiches brimming with crispy salads and tasty meats (selection including 50% vegetarian) on a variety of bread, prepared locally from local produce.
and a selection of the following which are all sourced locally:
- Coleslaw (prepared locally from a secret recipe)
- Pasta salad
- Vegetable salad
- Rice dish
- Crudites
- Green salad
- Sausage rolls
- Pork pie
- Oriental bites
- Indian bites
- Quiche
Dessert - £2.50 per person
A dessert will consist of a portion of roulade or gateau, for example raspberry pavlova.
Fruit Salad - £1.90 per person
A portion of freshly prepared fresh fruit salad including a selection of: orange; pineapple; grapes; apple; melon; kiwi; bananas and strawberries served with fresh pouring cream.
